*Return/Exchange Portal*

We want you to love your Free Ride purchase! If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are simple.

Timeframe:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.
• Get started anytime through our Return/Exchange Portal (HERE).
  
  

Exchanges:

• Return shipping labels are free for exchanges.
• As soon as we receive your item(s), we’ll ship your exchange.
  

Returns:

• Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), with original tags and packaging.
• Embroidered belts are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Refunds cover the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).
• A $5 fee will be applied to all US returns to cover the return label.
• All International returns will be charged the cost of the return label.
