*Return/Exchange Portal*

We want you to love your Free Ride purchase! If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are simple.

Timeframe:

• Orders are eligible for returns/exchanges for 30 days. 
• Get started anytime through our Return/Exchange Portal (HERE).
  
  

Exchanges:

• Return shipping labels in the US are free for exchanges. 
• As soon as we receive your item(s), we’ll ship your exchange.
  

Returns:

• Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), with original tags and packaging.
• Embroidered belts are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Refunds cover the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).
• A $5 fee will be applied to all US returns to cover the return label.

International Returns & Exchanges:

• For international orders, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for sending items back to us for any returns or exchanges. Please include a note in your package with your request on it.
