What carrier can I use to track my order after it ships?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and a link for easy tracking of your order’s progress online. This shipping status email also includes the shipping method used, transit time, and shipping date.

Free Shipping Domestic orders will ship USPS, orders over $200 will ship UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Our website offers $7 flat rate US shipping. 

Orders $99+ ship free in the US

UPS Shipping to Canada & Mexico is $15 or FREE for orders over $200

UPS Shipping to Europe is $50 or FREE for orders over $200

We are unable to generate labels for returns or exchanges for international orders. We can still process returns and exchanges, once sent back by the buyer.  

 

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 4-7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery time for International orders is 3-10 days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days not including weekends or holidays. 

Items purchased as pre-order or during holidays will take longer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Free Ride purchase, however, returns of clothing are welcome within 3 weeks of the date of purchase.

Email us at hello@ShopFRE.com to notify us of the incoming return.

embroidered belts are not eligible for returns. 

Items must be returned in new condition, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging and tags attached for a full refund on products (shipping cannot be refunded).  Please send to;

We are unable to offer prepaid returns service. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchange to you and returning the item you are exchanging it for. E-mail us to let us know what you would like to exchange for and we will send you a label for the item you are sending back. Once we receive the item/items back we will ship out your exchange. 

Refunds will be for the price you paid for the items when sent back within the return & exchange period. For refund to original payment you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We can still provide a label and it will be $5 deducted from refund. 

The return label is FREE when exchanging for another product or GIFT CARD credit balance. 

 *Please note Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

SIZING

At Free Ride it is our main priority to help you find the most comfortable apparel for riding and all kinds of exercise. Of course, this means finding the right fit is a top priority. We source fabrics that our customers will love, each fabric has some give and stretch to create an unrestricted feel. On each product listing, above ADD TO CART, is a link with a size chart!  We also have a sizing guide posted below to explain the measurements.  Also know that if the fit is not perfect we will offer a return label for exchange. Just email us within a week of receiving your order and we will email a return label for products in new condition with tags still intact.
