From merchandising, orders, and helping customers, Ana is the back bone of FRE!
How did you start working with Free Ride?
I first started working with Katie as a housekeeper. At the time, FRE was just getting started. Soon after, she was getting more and more orders, and with a newborn at home, she needed extra help. She asked if I knew anyone who might want to work with her and of course, I said me! I’ve been working with her ever since.
What's your go-to early morning drink?
Lately my go to has been a brown sugar macchiato with oatmilk!
What do you like to do for fun?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. It’s always fun to make memories together and enjoy a little adventure!
Share one lesson that working in the equestrian industry has stock with you?
Even though I don’t ride, working in this industry has taught me a lot about patience, attention to detail, and the importance of consistency. Horse people are passionate and dedicated, and seeing how much care and effort goes into every aspect of their work has shown me how much difference focus and commitment can make whether it’s in customer service or managing orders. It’s a lesson I carry into everything I do at FRE.
What's your favorite part about working for FRE?
My favorite thing about working for FRE is being part of a team that’s growing and making an impact. I love seeing orders go out and knowing our customers are happy with what they receive. It’s rewarding to help keep everything running smoothly and to support Katie in building something from the ground up.
What's your favorite piece at FRE? What do you like about it?
Define legging. They are super comfy, stretchy and great for everyday wear.
